Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Limber Technologies Inc. ("limber", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have when you use the limber app and website.
What we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and basic profile details you provide, such as height and mobility level.
- Movement data — motion-sensor readings from your smartwatch and derived measures of your mobility (for example gait speed, balance, and activity patterns).
- Journal and session content — the events you log and the conversations you have with your limber guide, including your daily coaching sessions.
- Technical data — device type, app version, and diagnostic logs that help us keep the service reliable.
How we use it
- To provide the service: reading your mobility, personalizing your sessions and exercises, and powering your guide.
- To keep your account secure and the service working.
- To improve limber, using aggregated or de-identified information wherever possible.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health or movement data for advertising.
Storage and security
Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on secured cloud infrastructure in the United States. Access is restricted to what is needed to operate the service.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example cloud hosting), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
- You can view and update your profile in the app.
- You can export your data from the app's settings.
- You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
